Vintage florals in soft pinks and mint greens create an elegant style for this feminine 8"x8" layout. The black and white photo adds to the vintage feel of the page, allowing LeNae to select any combination of paper patterns and colors without having to worry that they won’t match the photo.

Instructions:

  1. Use the pink with roses paper as the background. Ink the edges of a 6 1/4"x5 1/4" piece of green with roses paper. Glue the paper horizontally in the bottom right corner of the page, 3/4" from both the bottom and right edges.
  2. Mat a horizontal photo on dark rose textured paper, trim the mat to 1/8" and ink the edges. Cut out the “beautiful” word clip and clip it around the top left edge of the matted photo. Glue the photo 1 1/4" from the top edge and 5/8" from the left edge of the page.
  3. Ink the edges of the border and glue vertically 1" from the right edge of the page, overlapping the right edge of the photo. Glue the small brown rose tag at an angle over the top portion of the border, then use foam tape to attach the circular “special” artwork over the tag. Journal the date on the bottom portion of the green with roses tag and glue the tag at an angle under the brown rose tag. Journal the name onto the blank circular artwork and attach over the tag with foam tape.
  4. Use foam tape to attach the medallion artwork tiles side by side in the bottom left corner of the page, overlapping the edges of the green with roses paper piece and the background paper.
